Fee

Fees are charged in a transparent manner and in accordance with the ethical principles of the profession.

Before pursuing the case, a quotation is proposed. The Law firm will review your individual situation and offer a quote that has been tailored specifically to you.

If that quotation is accepted, a payment agreement must be signed between the Law firm/advocate and the Client.

The agreement can provide:

• Flat fees, established in advance based on the estimated due diligence
• Hourly payment (time rate)
• Result fees (pay for performance)
• Subscription with recurring payment
• Payment in advance (part or full)
• Compensation of expenses
